KORE Capital GmbH
KORE Capital was founded in 2020 in a partnership by RheinReal Immobilien GmbH, represented by Dirk Hindrichs and Alexander Wunderle and Access Equity Management, represented by Tobias J. Raymond.
All partners have been working together on several commercial real estate projects over the last years with a focus on the Rhein-Ruhr-Region.
The company has been set up after the successful sale of the KORE portfolio in Cologne, consisting of 7 assets with a size of 116,000 sqm where Dirk Hindrichs and Alexander Wunderle acted. Due to the very successful accomplished landlord-representation mandate with over 60,000 sqm of leases being regeared in just 3 years, TPG Real Estate decided to instruct KORE Capital as their appointed asset manager for the portfolio.

RheinReal is an advisory firm for commercial real estate in the Cologne-Bonn area, founded in 2009 covering all relevant asset classes, that combines excellent market knowledge with an understanding for both the owner’s perspective and the needs of potential tenants and investors.

Alexander Wunderle
Managing Partner (Co Founder)
Alexander Wunderle has been an authorized signatory of RheinReal Immobilien GmbH since May 2015 and has been head of the investment team since 2017. With an MBA in International Real Estate and a degree in Real Estate Management (DIA), Alex has a comprehensive and internationally recognized education. In addition to the strategic reorientation and expansion of RheinReal’s investment division, he has successfully concluded over 200 lease negotiations in 13 years of professional experience and is also responsible for managing RheinReal’s largest exclusive marketing mandates in the west of Cologne with over 130,000 qm of lettable space.
Since 2017, Alexander Wunderle has advised on transactions with a total volume of approx. € 700 million in the Düsseldorf-Cologne/Bonn region.
Alexander co-founded KORE Capital in 2020 to expand the range of advisory services for his extensive network of real estate investors
Dirk Hindrichs
Managing Partner
(Co Founder RheinReal)
Dirk Hindrichs combines a degree in Real Estate Valuation from the Deutsche Immobilien-Akademie (DIA), with professional experience of almost 30 years. After holding various positions at Müller International Immobilien (now BNP Paribas Group), Dirk joined Lammerting Immobilien Group (LIG) in 1995 as Managing Director of Sales.
He was instrumental in the development of the TechnologiePark Köln, the Mercedes Benz Center and the TechnologiePark Bergisch-Gladbach. After the extensive sale of the group’s own real estate portfolio in the amount of approximately € 500 million, Dirk took over the entire sales team of LIG within the framework of a management buy-out and founded RheinReal Immobilien GmbH in 2009. Today, RheinReal has 13 employees and is active in the brokerage of commercial real estate in the Cologne region.
Tobias J. Raymond
Executive Partner Access Equity
Tobias J. Raymond has 30 years of experience in all aspects of the capital markets.
He began his career in corporate finance at Smith Barney, Harris Upham & Co., Inc. in New York. He relocated to London in 1992 to work as a market maker in financial derivatives products and established futures arbitrage and proprietary trading programmes for an international trading firm. Tobias began advising on alternative asset investments in 1997 and established Access Equity Management Limited in 2000.
He holds an MBA in finance from UCLA, a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and is a member of the New York and California Bar Associations.
